轉換dmg成為iso:
先將dmg檔copy到Mac的桌面,在terminal鍵入以下commands:
cd Desktop
hdiutil convert ./InstallESD.dmg -format UDTO -o InstallESD
mv InstallESD.cdr InstallESD.iso

把下載的OS X Lion.app文件做成開機碟:
滑鼠右鍵點.app文件,彈出菜單選擇"Show Package Contents",在以下位置找到InstallESD.dmg文件:
Contents>SharedSupport>InstallESD.dmg
打開"Disk Utility",選擇"Restore",把InstallESD.dmg文件拉到source位置,把flash drive或hdd partition拉到destination位置,選下方Restore按鈕.

Notes for MacBook Pro 2011 SSD upgrade.
0. Create a Time Machine backup.
1. Replace HDD with SSD.
2. Press and hold Option, Command, R then power up the MacBook Pro. Wait for "Internet Recovery" to load.
3. Erase the SSD, in Disk Utility, near the close/minimize/fullscreen buttons, you can see a "View" mode dropdown menu. Set the view mode to "Show All Devices", then you'll see the "root" drives. Click on a root drive, and then click on the "Erase" button. Now an option to change the "Scheme" from Master Boot Record to GUID appears in the Erase subwindow. Select GUID then erase the drive.
Method 1: Restore from Time Machine directly, connect to RJ-45 if possible.
Method 2: Create a High Sierra installation USB (8GB). (need a PC running MAC-OS)
1. Follow the instructions from the Apple web pages below to create a USB installation media. Insert it into a USB port before step 2 listed above.

MacOS/Windows dual-boot on MacBook Pro 2011 using BOOTCAMP.
1. Install Windows 7 Pro SP1.
Items needed: 1 x 8GB blank USB flash drive
1 x Windows 7 Pro SP1 DVD (original without modified)
1 x Windows 10 Pro 20H2 DVD (22H2 install failed, setup stop silently, 1903 has a blue screen after entering Windows)
*** Load Win7 from USB flash method will not work, maybe the device can't boot from USB? An error will appear: "No boot device - insert boot disk and press any key"
2. Run BOOTCAMP utility, insert 8GB blank USB to save BOOTCAMP and Win 7 drivers.
3. Insert Windows 7 DVD, and set Windows partition size. Reboot and load Windows 7.
4. After Win7 install is complete, run 3 files listed below.

c.
3. Run .NET Framework 4.0, 4.5 and 4.62
4. Activate Windows 7 - Tool Kits
5. Insert Windows 10 DVD and run setup.exe
6. Run BOOTCAMP setup.exe and select 'repair'.
