Win 2000 server NTP settings:

2000 server get time server info:
w32tm -once

check ntp setting:
net time /querysntp

set ntp server:
net time /setsntp:pool.ntp.org
or
net time /setsntp:time.nist.gov

restart time service
net stop w32time && net start w32time

2000 server sync with time server:
w32tm -s

XP sync with time server:
w32tm /resync /rediscover
